The location of the hotel in Coimbra is excellent, not far from the pedestrian area as well as the train station and the university buildings. Always a pleasant experience, I would stay there again.

Sophia Studios was a great place to stay, as it was centrally located to all the main attractions. The studios were clean, cozy, and recently renovated, with well-equipped kitchens and functioning bathrooms. The staff were friendly and always available to assist us. The location was ideal, with a supermarket, self-service launderette, bars, restaurants, and entertainment options close by. We enjoyed being right in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore everything that it had to offer.

That the studios lacked soundproofing, and we could occasionally hear noise from other guests or street sounds.

The room had coffee and a mini kitchenette. The staff was nice at any time. The location was marvelous, close to everything in beautiful Coimbra. You can reach the Coimbra-A train station within a 10-minute walk.

Excellent location, walking distance to landmarks and supermarkets. Well-equipped, modern apartment with helpful staff. Easy parking nearby. No elevator but still great.

This place is just a short walk from the train station, university buildings, and the city center. Another great thing is that there's a cool café nearby called Cafe Santa Cruz where you can grab a cup of tea or coffee.

We stayed at Sophia Studios for three nights and absolutely loved it. The studio was beautifully furnished, clean, and modern. The large window and French balcony were unexpected bonuses, offering a great view of the main street without any noise disturbance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city center. Parking at the nearby Mercado was easy and affordable. The amenities in the kitchenette were convenient, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be returning to Sophia Studios in the future.
